I travelled up to the Northern(ish) Town of Pardes Hana to sit with Founder and CEO of Wadi Digital, Cyfluencer and IsraelTech, Yoel Israel to listen to his career path. We discussed his challenges along the way, his struggles, successes and equally as important his failures. 
 
Managers v Leaders
"I think they're exact opposite personalities so if you're trying to put management and leadership into the same bucket you do not understand what leadership is. A leader in my definition is far more of a subjective role because no oneis hiring a leader and saying OK, you are now a leader! However,  you hire many managers throughout a professional career. You have middle management and all kinds of management especially in enterprise." What is a leader?  A leader is someone who's willing to do things that are either unpopular, but still follow through with new ideas and go and do them in a way that other people want to follow and say come along.  Leaders also are impatient people mostly. Managers on the other hand, must be patient as you need to be patient as you train, as you work with someone you help them and you lead them.
